Our Project
- The project consists of 3 villas that are part of Gua Gua Villa complex with 2 different building types. 1 bedroom type building consist of 1 building which contains a parking area, living room, kitchen, bedroom, storage room, and toilet. Meanwhile, the 2 bedrooms type consists 2 building units which contains a parking area, living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, storage, and powder rooms. This villa has Medeterranian Style that is emphasized by the rough textured wall finishing and curved roof shape with a curved door & window facade. A more intimate vibe can be obtained in 1 bedroom villa. There is a living room and service room on the 1st floor and a semi-loft bedroom on 2nd floor. To get more privacy, you will get it in 2 bedrooms villa because there are 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor which are not connected to each other. The impression of being in a cave is further emphasized by the interior design that used in this villa. Starting from concrete seating area, stone kitchen island, stone beds and painted plaster wall.
