Our Project
- Phoebe is a villa area project consists of 3 villa units with 2 different building types. Each building has different total area, which is xxx m2 for type A and xxx m2 for type B that has living area, kitchen, dining room, bedrooms, parking area, pool and garden. This villa adapts scandinavian concept which is implemented in the use of materials, tone of colors and the use of green touch from the planter boxes as part of the facade. Warm and cozy atmosphere can be seen from the use of wood material in the furnitures. The interior concept is dominated by scandinavian-themed furniture in the bedroom and kitchen. Meanwhile, the living room and dining room has a slight industrial touch by using an exposed concrete ceiling. In outdoor area, there are various kind of materials used as floor finishing, including pebble wash for the terrace area, concrete tile for the indoor area, granite tile for the staircases, Sukabumi stone for the pool finishing, and paving for the parking area. For the roof covering, 3 degrees sloped uPVC is used as the roof finishing. Another advantage offered by this villa is the view of rice field and the location that is close to Kedungu beach (±800 m). Apart from that, the road access to the villa complex is quite accessible and it is also surrounded with cool air and rural vibes that can be felt in the villa area.
