Our Project
- Villa Propulsa has a tagline "build your freedom" that was given by the owner of this project. In a land area of 5 m2 located on Blulang Yeh street, Canggu Bali, this villa looks so contrast compared to its surrounding for its dominant black color. The owner fancies maroccan door style a lot and so then we tried to apply it by using a teak wood as the door material and a maroccan pattern to give a stronger maroccan accent. Entering the terrace area which has Iron wood flooring and pergola made out of Bengkirai wood, we can see a large garden with a swimming pool. There is a vertical garden and also a fountain in the garden area, that creates a strong ambience. When you enter the house, you are greeted with a spacious living room, with a black cement polished flooring and lime washed ceiling. To accommodate place for friends and family gathering, the owner chose the Suar wood as the material for the table to make it harmonious with other furnitures. The kitchen area also has a touch of black Suar wood that can be seen on the table, using black quadra in cooking area and with matched color furniture. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms with bathroom inside, which also has black nuances that come from polished cement walls and burnt bengkirai wood and the 2nd floor contains 2 bedrooms and 1 office. The combination of parquet floors and polished cement walls makes the appearance of this house even more beautiful. Various Plants are to be seen in this house, for example in the back living area, the balcony, the rooftop and even the in the bathroom. The thoughtful lighting in this house certainly creates an elegant atmosphere. House with the dominant black color, combined with various types of plants in the outside and inside areas makes us want to stay in this house.
